Signal data is not true

Hi
I am having a rather major issue with my signal detector system. It includes a HackRF One, a raspberry pi 4 and a bunch of other components connected to the Pi for extra data. It was working perfectly fine until recently (1 month ago) I noticed that the signal values are sort of "sticking" even though I move the source around and the values should be changing accordingly. The strengths also drop significantly in a short physical range now. I tested everything, down to the SD card on the Pi. Eventually I thought it could be the HackRF because it was overheating. Got a new one, and the problem persists. I am also using a Low Noise Amp and tried to see what my results were without it, the problem persisted as well but I am not sure if I can rule it out as a problem (I bought a new one but it is stuck in shipment). I also replaced the antenna and the antenna cable. I wanted to find out if anyone has experienced this before or what you think the problem could be?
Thank you.
Kind regards
