It is a little dated in that it uses WX GUI Controls, but that should be
easy to overcome as your main question is how to setup the radio block.

You did not mention your modulation type (i.e. AM, NBFM, WBFM, etc) and
this tutorial is for FM Broadcast, but again you should be in receiving
distance of a broadcast FM station so the tutorial should work for you.
