[Discuss-gnuradio] Late packets after restart

I have an issue running a signal using a USRPx300 where I can run the script the first time without any issues, but if I stop and restart the signal, I get endless late packet code LLLLLLLLL.  I am using GR maint-3.7 and UHD 3.14.1.0.  I will post what I have below.  Also, as a side note, I have to power cycle the radio to get it to function properly again.
