Re: [Discuss-gnuradio] Change the frequency of signal periodical

Dear Muller

i try your method but i doesn't be able to generate pure sinusoidal just like signal source can you please guide for the generation of pure sin or cosine wave

Dear Atif,

please try to stay on-list (i.e. make sure discuss-gnuradio@gnu.org is in To: or CC:).

so, yeah, sounds like you want a source to generate these steps. In your case, what about using

vector source (vector being range(10,21,1) ) --> repeat (repeat factor = duration of each step / sampling rate) --> frequency mod (sensitivity accordingly)

I'd recommend you play around a bit!

Marcus

Dear muller i want to change the frequencies of signal source from defined values with a proper step size
like start
frequency  starting value 10khz
step size                           1kHz
frequency ending value  20khz
This sequence automatically repeat itself

Dear Atif,
what does "periodically" mean in this context?

Feels like you actually rather have something like a "Signal Source [Square wave + offset]" -> Frequency Modulator

Marcus
