Video SDL sink doe not work on Windows 10?

Hi all,

I have tested video SDL Sink (see attached minimal grc) both on my Linux gnuradio installation and on my windows (gnuradio 310 from miniforge).

It seems that on Windows 10 an SDL window opens but it does not display anything.

Can someone with a windows installation confirm this?

Any thoughts?
