PLL carrier tracking and Costas loop

Dear GNU Radio Community,

I hope this message finds you well. In GRC, how to use the accurate values of loop bandwidth,max freq and min in PLL carrier tracking block and loop bandwidth in Costas loop for amplitude demodulation and freq demodulation, how we can correctly calculate these values for successfull demodulation. Is there any straight forward formula to calculate these parameters.

Your insights or suggestions on achieving this would be immensely valuable to me.
