Chirp Signal Random Start

I have created a chirp signal by integrating a pulse(generates a triangle) and feeding that ramp output into a VCO. The VCO seems to generate a chirp fine except that the chirp doesn't start at zero (0) but randomly (see attached photo). GRC files and python files are attached.
