RFNoC modtool and GNU Radio integration tutorial for UHD 4 and GR3.10

Dear all,

I am trying to get started with RFNoC to develop a custom RFNoC block integrated with UHD 4.3 and GNU Radio 3.10

There is an extensive tutorial [1,2] featuring the "rfnocmodtool" and going all the way to the GNU Radio integration. However, it seems that this is already outdated (UHD 3 only).
The newer tutorial [3] for UHD 4 does not have the "rfnocmodtool" and neither touches the GNU Radio integration.

My questions:

1. Is the rfnocmodtool still compatible with UHD 4, and if yes how to install it? It seems to be part of gr-ettus [4], the readme of which states that gr-ettus is not required for GNU Radio 3.10 anymore.
2. Is there a tutorial on the GNU Radio integration which is up-to-date or at least compatible with UHD 4.x and GNU Radio 3.10?
