Cmake version error

Hello GNURadio Community,

i'm gettin a Cmake version error when i try to do the cross compilation of UHD

This happens when I use the source command, when I check the Cmake version in another terminal in the same folder without the source command, I get the correct version.

Will appreciate any suggestion to fix this problem.
