Re: Commercial C++ libraries for CCSDS Reed-Solomon, Viterbi, LDPC and Turbo

Well you can use all that is in GNU Radio commercially. Some decoders
not found in GNU Radio are in similarly licensed software projects like
the Linux kernel or IT++.

Being able to build a commerce out of it is one of the core points of
Free & Open Source Software like GNU Radio.
