I'd suggest starting over with modtool. There are a number of directories in your code that should not be there (e.g., gnuradio-runtime, gr-fec, gr-fft, gr-blocks, ...). Something went wrong in the process of getting all this set up.

Try deleting the build directory (or at least delete CMakeCache.txt file), re-run cmake again and provide the full output.
Can you share the whole source code? As a github repo for example.
