first of all: that's GNU Radio 3.7. Time to upgrade, really! No excuse. You're building a
new something, and you're starting with something that has been legacy for years now.
ZMQ and networking blocks have seen many improvements, so, you're really ill-advised to
stick with GNU Radio 3.7
Then: puh, this is incredibly complex. When debugging something, reduce to as little
blocks as necessary to reproduce the problem. You've not done that, and I really can't
tell where the problem here lies!
