Hi,
I use GNURadio 3.7 for windows and that definitely has support for PlutoSDR (see the attached screenshot.). You probably need gr-iio if you had old version. Here is the more detailed link that explain installation of same in windows. That has MSI installer that you need to actually talk to Pluto.

The flow graph that you built is in Windows? I guess my main question is with my installed versions, there isn't support for Pluto SDR, and so i don't have the PlutoSDR Source or Sink block.
Could you please explain more?
