In the top CmakeLists.txt I added:
find_package(Gnuradio "3.8" REQUIRED COMPONENTS blocks)
In the lib/CMAKELists.txt I added:
find_package(gnuradio-blocks)
target_link_libraries(gnuradio-TPMS gnuradio::gnuradio-runtime gnuradio::gnuradio-blocks)
target_link_libraries(gnuradio-TPMS gnuradio::gnuradio-runtime gnuradio::gnuradio-blocks)
