Problem using Turbo Product Code (TPC) definitions

Hello,

l pass the TPC Encoder and Decoder definitions to the FEC Encoder and FEC Decoder blocks, respectively. I run a random source of bytes into the FEC Encoder which is connected to the FEC Decoder. When I run the simulation model, it exits with a return code -11 error. 

I do not know what I am doing wrong and will appreciate any help you can provide.
