You need to install pip. The way you do this depends on your operating system or distribution, but if you're running a Debian-derived linux distro like Ubunbu, try
sudo apt installl python-pip python3-pip
Then your command should work.

Hi folks,
I need to give this command in terminal:
pip install --user --upgrade construct requests
but after typing it I get:
Command 'pip' not found, but there are 18 similar ones.
Please what to do?
Thanks
