[GSoC20] GRC: View only mode (Secure): Blog updates

Hello everyone,

I have updated the blog for the Week 1 updates and the tasks for week 2.

Week 1 updates:

- Going through and understanding the GRC code.

Tasks for Week 2:

- Insert the cache values in every block instance of the flowgraph.

- Load the cache values in the evaluated class and write them over if normal operations are resumed.
