estimates a time-of-arrival, then sends it on to a central facility that
performs the multilateration calculations. The existing TOA codebase
(and other decoders) expects 2 ns samples.
If there is only a 6MHz passband, then you should be able to interpolate to 500MSPS from the 6MSPS sample rate and be fine with your existing code base.
