Hello Dan,

No, I wouldn't say that it is easy yet. A lot of very good work has been
done in the last year, I see you've found Geof's installers. Analog
Devices and SDR Play have used it to build their OOT and core
installers. However it is highly inconvenient as a process if you are
trying to do development. Using a Linux or MacOS environment is still
highly preferable.

We are short of people with Windows development experience. If anyone
reading this does have experience with Windows installers, CMake/NSIS,
or AppVeyor we very much could use your assistance! Progress is being
made, but it remains slow.
