I haven't tried it myself, but I heard that scopy ships with a windows version of GNU Radio and they have nightly builds:

I do have a copy of an installable, but it is an outdated version (3.7.12) (Link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fFGKbfhvCvo9hgDhIV_qJ02s-7yKcIHe/view?usp=sharing ). Maybe someone can find a more recent version, or build one by using the provided build scripts ( https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fFGKbfhvCvo9hgDhIV_qJ02s-7yKcIHe/view?usp=sharing ).

I am not sure what is going on with the web site - I hope it is just a temporary issue..

Hi, 

It looks like the link for downloading gnuradio for windows in wiki is broken and the website is down. Is there anywhere other than Pothos that I can download gnuradio binary files for windows? I am having some problems with Pothos UHD drivers and I am trying to stay away from it.
