[Discuss-gnuradio] gr-modtool

Hi,

I am trying to create OOT using gr_modtool. It responds with the following output:

mirlodro@mirlodro:~/prefix/default$ gr_modtool newmod howto
Command 'gr_modtool' not found, but can be installed with:

sudo apt install gnuradio

I have installed fresh copy of the GNU Radio using PyBombs.
