[Discuss-gnuradio] Building for RH7

Having problems with this build.  I've pulled some Fedora .rpm packages off their website -- does anyone know if an rpm described as intended for Fedora 28 will work as is on a RH7 workstation?

If not, would someone give me advice on what rpm I should use?
