[Discuss-gnuradio] Is there a block for line encoding/ decoding

I need a block which implements different line encoding, decoding schemes like:

NRZ-M

NRZ-L

NRZ-S

Manchester

RZ

Biphase-L

Biphase-M

Biphase-S

etc...

Is there a block for line encoding/ decoding in GNU Radio.
