[Discuss-gnuradio] [GSoC18] Application period ends in two days: Upload proposals!

Hi all,

this is just a friendly reminder for all students interested in GSoC 2018 that the application period ends in a little more than 48 hours (March 27, 16:00 UTC)! This is a **hard deadline** and enforced by Google! Don't forget to apply and upload your proposals until then through the program website!
