[Discuss-gnuradio] gnuradio shuts itself when I try to add osmocom source and qt gui sink

Hi there 

I am using limesdr usb version and ubuntu 16.04 I downloaded all packages drivers etc and when I connect sdr and open the gnuradio and add some osmocom and gui blocks, the grc shuts itself down. What could be the problem?
