[Discuss-gnuradio] QPSK decoding help

Hi, 

I am new to gnu radio and trying to do transmit and receive a file in QPSK. Here's my flow graph:

I get clean constellation at the output of costas loop. The part that is not working is the decoding. I am not quite sure where to go from here. I have tried using PSK modulator and demodulator as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
