[Discuss-gnuradio] FOSDEM'17: Announcing the SDR track!

Hi everyone,

like the last couple of years, we will be having an SDR track at FOSDEM!
CfP and details will follow soon, but here's to let everyone know that
it's happening.

FOSDEM is happening February 4th and 5th. The conference itself is free,
and it's in Brussels, Belgium.

If you have done anything SDR-related in the last 30 years, you are
probably a good candidate to give a talk! Submission for talks opens
soon, so better start thinking of a title and abstract!
