[Discuss-gnuradio] Adding project info to CGRAN

Dear all,

a few days ago we uploaded the MANIFEST.md file to gnss-sdr at https://github.com/gnss-sdr/gnss-sdr

The project already appears at CGRAN, but the associated information does not.

Is there any other required step in order to upload the project info to CGRAN?
