Two things to look at. There's the examples/fec/ber_curve_gen.grc that builds EsN0 plots for different types of FEC codes. But this is a fairly complicated setup that actually runs a massively parallel graph where each EsN0 point is running in its own flowgraph.

Another example too look at is examples/digital/berawgn.py.
