Dear Nur,
it would be very helpful if you could wrap you console output into one or two sentences describing what you did.
I have no idea where the error message comes from and would suggest you go to /home/user/gr-ieee802-11/ and do a
git reset --hard
then open examples/wifi_phy_hier.grc and build it. Then open examples/wifi_loopback.grc and run it.
