Hello Ayman,
generally, you just write a GNU Radio block with zero inputs (==source)
and one with zero outputs (==sink) and let them communicate with your
hardware.
If you're new to GNU Radio, reading the guided tutorials from
gnuradio.org should get you started pretty fast.
