Refers to the gr-baz RTL-SDR driver, which, IMHO isn't as good as the gr-osmosdr drivers, here:

Among other things the gr-osmosdr drivers use a better (less buggy) E4000 tuner implementation, and also support multiple device classes in a universal wrapper:

FCD, RTL-SDR, UHD, OSMOSDR, and their own remote-tcp implementation are all supported for their "source" class.
