[Discuss-gnuradio] New build-gnuradio

There's a new build-gnuradio script up on:

http://www.sbrac.org/files/build-gnuradio

This one automatically updates the "timestamp_timeout" in /etc/sudoers
so that the build script can run without further prompting
after the first "sudo" prompt.
