GNU Radio, One Step at a Time: [Discuss-gnuradio] GNU Radio conference registration issues

I was just informed that the registration for the conference is not
working correctly. This is a problem on PayPal's side and I will work
to get it sorted out over the next few days. Sorry for the
inconvenience!

(And please, no gripes, politicking, or anything else about PayPal
right now. This is an issue, it sucks, but it is what it is.)
