[Discuss-gnuradio] IS USRP safe for the human body?

I'm trying to make an intra-body communication system with the USRP
Thus, I want to attach TX cable onto the human body skin
and transmit signals through the body

In this point, is there any electrical, or biological risk like, electric shock.?
