[Discuss-gnuradio] opencores dvbt core running on USRP?

hi,

i'm a long time lurker here but not very active or skilled on softradio
so i could have miss any reference about a newly entered project in the
opencores web site:

do anyone know about this project? is this core supposed to run on the
USRP2?

does USRP provide a digital up converter for direct UHF modulation?

i'm not really into the technicalities of FPGA design so maybe this is a
very naive question. if so, sorry in advance..
