Still no worky. Must set PKG_CONFIG_PATH manually. I confirmed that
the patch had been applied to the .m4, then did a "make distclean"
then a "./bootstrap", then a "./configure". The configure fails to
find UHD unless I explicitly set PKG_CONFIG_PATH.
