[Discuss-gnuradio] issue 406

Back in August I found a small issue with the usrp_fft.py and
usrp_oscope.py utlis always selecting subdevice(0,0).
I created ticket 406 and attached my 2-line patch.

Since then nothing happened. Johnathan (or anyone else), can you
please merge that?
