If I understand correctly
https://launchpad.net/~gnuradio/+archive/ubuntu/gnuradio-master
indicates that it was last built 2020-11-04, so before 3.9.0.0 was tagged.

I'm not sure how often it is supposed to be updated, but I fear its
current state might do more harm than good. The 3.9.0.0 inside the
package name confused me.


The packages from `ppa:gnuradio/gnuradio-releases` actually contain the
expected files. I'm sorry for the noise.
